TRUCKSUPPORT VENLO is looking for a WORKSHOP MANAGER

What are you going to do as a Workshop Manager?

​

You are responsible for the activities in the workshop and for the quality of the work delivered. You ensure that the agreements made with customers are kept and you keep in touch with the customers about the developments of the repairs and maintenance. You ensure good workshop planning and monitor its progress. You organize, control and motivate the group of mechanics. You also assist the mechanics with difficult technical repairs and do intermediate and final checks. You have a keen eye on the work environment so that it remains clean and safe. Furthermore, you keep your company office colleagues well informed about the state of affairs in the workshop.​

• We are looking for a customer-oriented candidate with leadership skills, who can support and motivate employees;

• MBO+ working and thinking level, completed with a technical education;

• Work experience in a similar position, preferably within a truck or dealership;

• Accurate, orderly, flexible and stress-resistant;

• Dynamic, driven and no 9 to 5 mentality;

• Living in surroundings of Venlo.
