You start your day with your colleague from the business office. After a short consultation about the day's planning and priorities, you go to the workshop and you will manage and guide the tire mechanics. When customers call or walk in, you advise on the possibilities and best solutions. If necessary, adjust the priorities depending on how busy they are. You work closely with your fellow mechanics, it's real teamwork. In between you also participate in the disassembly and assembly of tires. In addition to your technical knowledge, you use your creativity and good sense every day to get the work done in the best and safest way. You do all this in a fully equipped workshop. During the break you joke with your colleagues and drink a nice cup of coffee. At 17:00 you will end the day with your colleagues. How nice is it to have a dynamic job in a cozy team!

What are your daily activities?

  • Coaches, supervises and manages the 3 to 4 workshop mechanics;

  • Assists in diagnosis and all occurring technical work;

  • Advises the customer on the best choice of tire maintenance;

  • Is the first point of contact for the customer in the workshop (in the absence of your colleague from the business office also on the telephone);

  • Together with the company office employee, you are responsible for the day-to-day running of the workshop.
